Are you dressed in white?
Who is the lamb?
It is the end of time.
The Lamb is Jesus Christ.
The crowd is "the ones who survived
the great period of trial." (Verse 14)
Today you are in the trial.
Christ is here to help you.
He washes your sins clean.
Ask him to forgive you.
Stand with the Lamb in that huge crowd.

You know he died and rose from the dead.
Are you going to share what you know?
Many people have never been baptized.
Many people have not heard any good news.
They are searching for the truth
and you know it.
Share what you know.
As you can see by me fighting the computer connection today,
sharing the good news is not easy.
The forces of evil will try to stop you,
but God is on your side.
In the end the good side will win.
The good news will be proclaimed.

It is resurrection day.
It is true.
There were over 500 witnesses.
Jesus is alive.

The doctor changed my medicine yesterday.

eye drops.
This keeps the pressure down in my right eye.
The doctor put these drops in my eye
and the pressure went from 28mm to 22mm in about 15 minutes.
I need to read up on the medicine.
Paul knelt down with them all and prayed.

throwing their arms around him and kissing him,
for they were deeply distressed to hear that
they would never see his face again.

I can remember how they really "hyped" this movie
when it first was shown.
It shows how unthinkable/unwinable nuclear war is.
Would anyone survive it?
Would you even want to survive?
My thought on this is that:
God would never allow all-out nuclear war.
It is his world and he is in control.
He would not let man destroy his creation.
It is not part of his plan for us.
a royal priesthood,
a holy nation,
a people he claims for his own
to proclaim the glorious works
of the One who called you from darkness
into his marvelous light.
Once you were no people,
but now you are God's people;
once there was no mercy for you,
but now you have found mercy."
1 Peter 2:9-10
You are chosen.
God has called you.
He has blessed you.
He watches over you.
He will protect you from evil.
Receive mercy from above.

Thus do I hope that I may arrive
at resurrection from the dead."

It celebrates the resurrection of Christ.
Do you understand it?
Do you know what it is about?
There is power there.
There is suffering involved.
Dwell on these things.
Christ went through these sufferings.
We suffer.
One day we will arrive at resurrection.
Do you see the pattern?
Death has no more power because of Christ.
Share your sufferings with the Lord.
It is power.

Maybe you are losing your job
or your Mom or Grandmother just died
or you have surgery scheduled next week
or you lost thousands of dollars in the stock market
or you are depressed
or your child was arrested by the police
or you are getting gray hair
or your spouse has left you
or what?
What can keep you from rejoicing?
These are trials.
Jesus is there to help you through them.
Call on him.
Be shown glory...

I've talked to 2 people in the last few months
that were involved in car accidents.
They had that strength to stay calm
in the situation.
In both cases they were in the wrong.
They were making left-hand turns
at an intersection (144 & Center, 13 & Martha)
and caused the accident.
The Lord is there to bless you with peace.
Everyone can be upset around you
and you can handle the problem whatever it is.
That is a blessing from above to you.
Thank the Lord for his strength.
Praise him for his peace.
And be careful when making left-hand turns.
