Someone I used to work with called yesterday.
She asked for prayers for two members
of her family that have cancer.
God be with all of them and comfort them.

to lay down one's life for one's friends."

Jesus gave his life for us.

One of the people I work with went to
Costa Rica on a missionary trip.
Pray for her and her group.
God bless them and the people they meet.

Last night I watched the movie
March of the Penguins .
It was on the Discovery Channel.
It is a story of survival.
I was thinking of building them a shelter
to survive the harsh winter,
but they don't need me.
They kept traveling 70 miles back and forth
to get something to eat.
Very interesting.

"We are truly his handiwork,
created in Christ Jesus
to lead the life of good deeds
which God prepared for us in advance."
Ephesians 2:10

We are made by God.
We should reflect the infinite.
We will survive.
We will accomplish great things.
He has prepared us for greatness.

We remember that Jesus died for us.

My right arm has been hurting for a few days.
I slept on it wrong one night.

We are thirsty.
Jesus has living water.
We should ask him for this wonderful gift.
We need to recognize him.

I can't get a new copy of the statistics page to save.
I have tried it over and over.
IE7 sometimes has problems saving HTML pages.
I must still be sick.
I have been sick for a week.
I am better now.
I don't need to take any medicine.
It is like I died and came back to life.
It gives you a different perspective.
And all this is happening and I'm trying
to get used to the CPAP machine.
I think it did help me when I was sick.
It kept the breathing working correctly.

Last night I went to the new COSTCO
in Omaha at 124th and Dodge.
I had to have my picture taken for my membership card.
The guy behind the counter said 15,000 people have memberships now.
I ran into two people that I have not seen in many years.
I remembered one of their names and not the other.
It has been over 22 years since I have seen him.
I recognized his voice.
He was there with his wife and 4 grandkids.
The parents of the kids went to Estes Park for the weekend.
God bless them all.

Jesus said,
"My sheep hear my voice.
I know them,
and they follow me."

Maybe it has been 22 years since you have talked to Jesus.
He is still there.
He is alive and well.
Say Hi.
Stop and chat awhile.
Get to know him again.
He came back to life for you.

Yesterday I got a CPAP machine
at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.
It will help me sleep at night.

I should have worn a dust mask.

Yesterday at work I started Windows 98 Second Edition
in a Virtual Machine.
It set the clock back one hour for Daylight Savings Time.

The virtual machine was one hour different
than the time on the local machine.
