on 101.9 FM KLTQ in Omaha .
This is a Christian song
played on a regular radio station.

Maybe you have changed stations.
You are listening to other people and their ideas.
Come back to Jesus.
He is your source for the truth.
Do not desert him.

I bought a new CD-RW last evening
that is 52x24x52x for $9.99 after rebate.
I am testing it out to see how it works.
I put it in my 1 year old HP computer Win-XP.
Then I took the CD-RW from the HP
and put it in my older Gateway computer Win-98.
It did not recognize it,
so I have to figure that out.
I need to download some software.

This morning I received a version
of the Nigerian Scam in French.
Now that is different!
They must think I still live at 1054 Paris Street .
When I get Nigerian Scam letters
I forward them to 419.fcd@usss.treas.gov to investigate them.
Pray for these people behind the scam.
They have been doing this for decades.

When you fly on United Airlines
they have music you can listen to
in your seat with headphones.
I listened to Channel 5 which had
Jo Dee Messina's Greatest Hits .
I liked track 3 "Heads Carolina, Tails California"
on my way back and forth from California.
You can hear 30 seconds of it on this link above.
On Channel 9 you can hear the pilot talking
to air traffic control people.

Look at the cross.
Be there with his mother and the other women.
See what love God has for you.
Seeing is believing.
Jesus will guide you safely to your destination.

His wife died recently.

I am working on getting you those pictures from my trip.
The only problem is that they are too large
and I'm trying to make them smaller,
so you can download them easier.
For example here is one large picture of
Torrey Pines State Reserve on July 12, 2003 (819,873 bytes).
It takes me 2.5 minutes to download it to my computer.
I would like to get it down to around 100,000 bytes.
This is just north of San Diego, California
along the Pacific Ocean.
Their web site is www.torreypine.org .
Many people walk and a few ride their bikes up this hill
which is about an 800 foot rise in elevation from sea level.
It is a steep incline.

Are you doing the will of God or your own will?

I met a student traveling to
Monash University in Melbourne, Australia .
He said he would be there for 5 months.
He is from Fremont, Nebraska.
He is a junior at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
God bless him and his studies.

Sometimes the Lord will send you
halfway around the world.
You will meet new people and
maybe pick up a different accent.
Be open to these moves.
The Holy Spirit will be with you
to help those you meet.

There are still many people (21,000)
around Omaha without power
from the storm early yesterday morning.
I lost one 10-foot branch from a tree in the backyard.
I saw the car in this picture at 52nd and Chicago .
There was another car next to it that was damaged also.
I saw two large trees that were uprooted
by the storm near there.
Pray for all the people impacted by this.

"No one can say:
'Jesus is Lord,'
except in the Holy Spirit."
1 Corinthians 12:3

You need the Holy Spirit in your life.
You need all the help you can get.
When the storms of life come
call on the Spirit of life.
